He has also perfected the art of \u201ccircular drinking\u201d, whereby he can sip martinis uninterrupted while still playing a cohesive piano solo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4><span>He has been the pianist for the Wolverines Big Band since 1980. He has performed on concert stages in London and New York City, and has appeared with Count Basie drummer Butch Miles, horn stars Warren Vach\u00e9, Delfeayo Marsalis, Evan Christopher and Wycliffe Gordon.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span> His credits as musical director, arranger and pianist include the Guthrie Theater presentation of \u201cCoward\u2019s Women\u201d, the Capri Theater \u201cLegends Series\u201d and in various concert and cabaret presentations internationally.
